Brief biography
Veronika Robinson founded The Mother magazine in 2002. Read worldwide,
it advocates conscious and optimal parenting. She is the author
of:
- The drinks are on me
- Cycle to the Moon
- Fields of lavender
- The compassionate years
- And a contributing poet to Howl at The Moon
Veronika has worked as a spiritual celebrant since 1995 and officiates
at weddings, namings and Blessingway ceremonies.
Along with her husband Paul, she created the Peaceful Pregnancy
CD in 1995 (available here)
and co-founded the National Waterbirth Trust in New Zealand. She
organised the Holistic Parenting Expo in 2005 and has hosted three
family camps for The Mother magazine. Veronika is a holistic breastfeeding
counsellor.
Veronika regularly appears in the media as a passionate advocate
for parenting naturally.
She lives in the Eden Valley, Cumbria, UK, with her husband Paul
and their daughters Bethany and Eliza.
